The Mercy steps Cancer program`s mission is to save lives through early detection. Our mission includes:

• Increasing Cancer awareness through education.

• Providing in on cancer care services for those in the rural parts of Kenya.

• Providing all kinds of orthopedic prostheses through the health care centres and directly to the affected patients.

Sometimes those in need are unaware that the Mercy Steps Cancer Program exists. Through patient navigation programs at Healthcare facilities, Churches, and social groups, MSCP is able to provide care and support to those in the rural Kenya, them that need it most.

By partnering with the local health care services, social groups, volunteers and Churches we have been able to reach more cancer patients who need help and families who need encouragement and understanding.

Our approach is helping the rural patients overcome the barriers of fear, and misinformation surrounding Cancer disease and its prevention. By helping the rural Patients, our care givers bring light that gives everybody hope.
